We only accept credit card or debit card payments. Neither checks nor cash will be accepted.

Warranty

We will warranty all parts against manufacturing defects for 6 months post installation. Our technician will walk through the work completed to make sure you understand what the problem was and how it was resolved. If additional problems arise after our first visit, then a second service call charge will need to be assessed. Service call charges are applied to any work that is completed.

We do not warrant grass, trees, or other plant materials. It is the homeowner's responsibility to maintain property watering of all their plant materials. Dry lawn patches are common in the summer months, and more water may need to be applied. It is common that tree roots can damage drainage and irrigation lines.

The homeowner acknowledges that SprinklerRX will periodically cut away and remove tree roots to replace damaged drainage and/or irrigation lines. This could result in diminishing health of that tree which the homeowner agrees that SprinklerRX is not responsible for.
